JobDescription:

As a Deputy BranchManager (DBM) for CASA & Insurance Products you will beresponsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assignedregion. The role demands proactive sourcing through the open marketand ensuring customer satisfaction through excellentservice.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Drive sales of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)and insurance products.
  • Develop and implementstrategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Sourcepotential customers through various channels in the openmarket.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers.
  • Provideexceptional customer service and resolve queries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities toidentify opportunities.
  • Prepare and submitregular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in thebanking or insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledgeof CASA and insurance products.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
  • Resultsoriented with a strong focus onachieving targets.
  • Willingness to travelwithin the assigned region.
