Job Overview

We are looking for a Paid Assistant to join our team at Clout Business Network Limited. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Paid Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including accounts, tally, GST, income tax, audits, and government filings. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a background in finance, we would love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Skillfull & Practical knowledge with Income tax, ITR and GST filing.
• Proficient with Book keeping and tally.
• Prepare financial reports according to client needs.
• Work with various types of accounting software.
• Assist different accounting projects as needed.
• Review invoices for approval.
• Assist with the team by reaching out to client's offices regarding tax filing , statuory and compliance issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts, tally, GST, income tax, audits, and government filings
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (preferred)
