JobSummary:

Ourclient is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSalesManager with a minimum of 10years of experience in the HealthTech Lifesciences or ClinicalResearch domain to join their eliteteam.

Thesuccessful candidate possesses a thorough understating of completesales process and responsible for driving sales and revenue growthby identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunitieswithin the SaaS (SoftwareasaService)market.

Asa Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in establishing andmaintaining strong customer relationships understanding clientrequirements and promoting our SaaS solutions to meet theirspecific needs and build and run a strong salesteam.



Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drivebusiness growth in the HealthTech Lifesciences and ClinicalResearchsectors.
  • Identify and prospect potentialclients in the target market through various channels includingcoldcalling networking and leveraging industryconnections.
  • Conduct thorough market researchand analysis to identify key trends competitive landscape andcustomer needs to shape the sales strategy and productpositioning.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in thetarget industry including Clevel executives IT directors andprocurementprofessionals.
  • Build strong sales process andmetrics to manage a strong salesteam.
  • Understand client requirementspain points and business challenges to effectively position andtailor our SaaS solutions to address their specificneeds.
  • Collaborate closely with theproduct development and marketing teams to provide valuablecustomer feedback and insights drive product enhancements andensure alignment between sales and productstrategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compellingsales presentations demonstrations and proposals to potentialclients highlighting the value proposition features and benefits ofour SaaSsolutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms pricingand licensing agreements in collaboration with the legal andfinance teams ensuring mutually beneficial and profitableoutcomes.
  • Maintain accurate sales recordstrack sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts andreports to the managementteam.
  • Stay updated on industry trendsemerging technologies and regulatory changes related to HealthTechLifesciences and Clinical Research sectors to proactively identifynew opportunities andchallenges.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years ofproven experience in IT sales specifically in the SaaS industrywithin the HealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Researchdomain.
  • Experience of Sales in US/Europegeographies ismandatory
  • Must have a proven track recordof scaling thebusiness.
  • Strong understanding of theHealthTech Lifesciences or Clinical Research sectors includingknowledge of industry trends challenges and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Proven track record ofconsistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage andbuild rapport with clients at all levels of anorganization.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills to understand complex clients requirementsand propose effectivesolutions.
  • Selfmotivated resultoriented andable to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
  • Willingness to travel as neededto meet with clients attend industry events and participate inconferences.


Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in business computer science engineering or a related field.
  • An MBA or equivalentqualification ispreferred.
