Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Generate sales leads and set up appointments for sales representatives.
5. Maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions.
6. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
7. Handle customer objections and ensure effective resolution.
8. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and customer needs are fulfilled.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
11. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management.

RequirementsRequirements:
1. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
4. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
5. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
