Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the CLO fund compliance on US BSL CLOs Oversee the accuracy of trustee reports and reconcile trustee data attributes Perform overcollateralization ratio migration analysis Monitor the CLO fund compliance on a regular basis Maintain CLO compliance modules in the system to assure correct calculation Liaise with trustees and work to promptly resolve issues that may arise On behalf of CLOs, coordinate with the loan servicing team to ensure accurate handling of material events Monitor the administration of agent notices and other communications (paydowns, borrowings, PIK’d interest, etc.) Reconcile quarterly waterfall payments to ensure that expenses in the waterfall are accurately reflected Reviews and finalizes the quarterly investor letter

Additional Responsibilities

Perform operations role in various stages of CLO lifecycle (e.g. warehouse, closing, refinance, resets and redemption)  Set up account and initial CLO compliance models in internal system for new deals. Provide support to the European CLO business in additional to U.S. business Collaborate with Middle Office, Client Services, Compliance, Credit Research, and Portfolio Management teams on ad-hoc work in conjunction with managed portfolios – This may include, but is not limited to, dealing with ad-hoc investor requests for specialized information, working with external rating agencies, accountants, auditors and underwriters who may be different for each different portfolio Provide performance attribution analysis and support Ad hoc support to investment team on internal reporting as needed Perform cash management reporting

Desired Skills and Experience

4 - 7 years of direct experience with collateralized loan obligations including general loan operations and administration Working knowledge of the loan product and related documentation (Credit Agreement, Assignment Agreement, etc.) Familiarity with a loan administration and reporting systems (Wall Street Office, SentryPM, CDO Suite, etc.) Familiarity with loan restructures/amendments and resulting instruments (Bonds, Warrants, Equity, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
