We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Coupa PurchasingHigh Level Scope of Work
The Product Analyst will be involved in a number of Purchasing Projects that form the FY25 Procurement Roadmap - Audit recommendations, FastTrack automations, Approval enhancements, Budget Force 2.0, Cloud ERP etc. They will also participate fully in the day to day agile activities and acting as Product support on our scrums and as a liaison point between the internal BT and support teams.Deliverables (ongoing support through Q4)
The Purchasing Product analyst will work alongside the Product Owner for the following activities:* Business requirements are fully understood and captured within the GUS tool, the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done is complete and accurate to allow efficient scrum team uptake
* Cross functional dependencies are captured
* Full participation in scrum ceremonies
* Stories and epics are in alignment with the Purchasing Product Roadmap
* Co-ordination of UAT with business as per Release Calendar
* Participation in stakeholder meetings where deemed necessary
* Liaise with MSP to track KLO / Features progress
* Liaise with Support to ensure any issues that are potential enhancements are taken up
* All relevant investigations in Coupa lower environments are performed
* Assistance with Coupa R39 and R40 upgrade work
* Testing support where necessaryResource Expertise
* 4/5 years experience in Purchasing - firm understanding of the S2P process
* Highly knowledgeable in Coupa Purchasing Software Configuration Options
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Takes initiative
