Qualification BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA or equivalent CCNA Sec.or Equivalent

Experience

· Overall 36 years experience in networksecurity with at least 2 years in managing Proxy / WAF / NDLPsolutions

· Proficiency withmanagement of Proxy / WAF / NDLP

·Experience in working with Windows Linux Unix environment

· Hands on experience in commissioning andImplementation of various Proxy WAF and NDLP solutions experiencein integrating with various management and authenticationauthorization tools (email AD IAM SIEM)

· Experience in managing policies andexceptions

· Experience in packetcapture analysis and troubleshooting tools

· Product knowledge of McAfee F5 Zscaler SSLRouting Protocols Dual Factor Authentication etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

·Incident problem service request management change managementconfiguration management & capacity management of Proxy /WAF / NDLP solutions

· Day to Day BAUconfiguration changes

· Proactivelyutilize network monitoring tools to isolate events before servicedegradation occurs

· Supportingincident monitoring and incident analysis/responseinitiatives

· Coordinating with usersto ensure timely and satisfactory resolution for any troubletickets

· Troubleshooting networktrasport session presentation and applications layers

· Applying security patches asrequired

· Conducting dailyperformance checks on devices periodic audits andcompliance

· Performing immediatetroubleshooting as the situation dictates for any and all networkoutages as reported by users sensors and/or operationalpersonnel

· Implement and maintainnetwork security policy standards and procedures

· Deploying and maintaining access and securitypolicies for Proxy/WAF/NDLP solutions

· Maintaining service levels as well asoversight of the day to day configuration administration andmonitoring of the network security infrastructure in a24/7

· Coordination withOEM's for TAC support RMA replacement &reconfiguration of faulty devices/appliances

· Creating technical documentation asbuildnetwork diagrams inventory control documentation and securitydocumentation

· Investigate isolateand resolve incidents with documentation RCA as per theSLA

· Coordinate helpdesk team otherIT support teams application support teams to jointly troubleshootand fix the high priority/severity incidents.

· Designing and implementing Proxy/WAF/NDLPsolutions at DC/DR/Cloud and Branch office environments

· Create and update knowledgebase in ITSMtools

· Creation and updation ofSOPS/Runbooks

· Identify areas forautomation of operational efficiency

· Work to automate and integrate the tools withREST API/SDK with security dashboard Infosec tools (AD IDAM PAMSIEM SOAR etc.)

· Patch updatesupgradation of Proxy/WAF/NDLP setup as per Bank'scompliance and audit requirements

·Closure of compliance and audit points as per the agreedtimelines
