JOBOBJECTIVE: The Sales& Marketing person is responsible for fully driving andleading all business development activities for the Book printingbusiness in private/GovtSector
Manage and maintain all client relationships includingcomplaints/grievances ifany
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES:
1.Strategy and Planning Develops the sales andmarketing strategy and plans policies and processes for thedepartment with input from the director and ensures their effectiveimplementation. Aligns sales targets withthe strategic business plan and annualbudget.
2.Operations Develop strong workingrelationships with existing and potential client base includingPublishers high level government authorities. Supports Director in various clientrelationship building events/meetingsNegotiates variations in price delivery and specifications withcustomers and communicates those internally to thefunctions Ensures proposal submissionaccording to client specifications and industrystandards.
RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor s degree in Marketing and Sales orequivalent Minimum 507 years of experiencein a Sales/Commercial role of which at least 3 years are in asimilar role in a Book printingfacility

SkillsStrong commercial acumen Good understandingof the Book printing landscape. Proficiencyin English and Hindi languages Stronginterpersonal skills such as leadership communication persuasionmotivation loyalty and openness Advancedpresentation and reporting Strongnegotiation skills
