Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We seek a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, or social media. The ideal candidate will resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, chat, or social media

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and helpful information about products/services

Customer Service:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Build rapport with customers, showing empathy and understanding

- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors

Communication:

- Communicate effectively and clearly with customers, using active listening skills

- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- Fresher or 1+ year of experience in customer care, support, or service

- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions

- Strong empathy and customer-focused approach

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services

- Certification in customer care or support (e.g., CCNA, CCA)
