Requirements

Weare seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bothmanual and automation testing with expertise in various testingmethodologies and tools. You will collaborate with multiple teamsto improve project methodologies and ensure the delivery ofhighquality softwareproducts.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith multiple teams to understand document and enhance projectmethodologies.
  • Plan design code andexecute tests including user interfaces business logic and dataaccess based on applicationneeds.
  • Test automate troubleshootand evaluate softwarecomponents.
  • Assist teams inresolving technological roadblocks and identify issues or anomaliesin large sets of data using SQL queries and statistical samplingmethods.
  • Utilize critical thinkingand analytical skills to identify errors and providerecommendations for processimprovements.
  • Develop and managequality control activities including checklist templates whileintegrating new ideas for increasedefficiency.
  • Create and reviewstandard operating procedures and manage documentationeffectively.
  • Conduct root causeanalysis and diagnosis implement controls and communicate findingsto leadership teams.
  • Generateefficient reports on defect status and track individual/teamprogress.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelorof Science in Computer Science preferred or a similar technicaldiscipline or comparable industryexperience.
  • 57 years of experiencein manual and automation testing for a service/productorganization.
  • 57 years of experiencewith Selenium and Java including testing APIs using RestAssured/Postman.
  • Ability to writereusable code and develop/maintain test automationframeworks.
  • Experience in automatedsoftware test development with CI/CDpipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of testplanning test data management and test managementtools.
  • Indepth understanding of QAmethodologies life cycle andprocesses.
  • Experience managingmultiple concurrent complex activities in a fastpaced highlytechnical environment.
  • Ability toidentify project risks and escalate issues in a timelymanner.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with both internal teams andclients.

Preferred:

  • Experiencein JavaScript.
  • Familiarity withAgile methodologies and working on Agileprojects.
  • Experience with MicrosoftAccount for Agile/Cloudbased webapplications.
  • Knowledge ofperformance testing toolqualifications.
