The Financial Services SalesRepresentative plays a crucial role in meeting business targets forinsurance against loans by generating new leads and cultivatingrelationships with customers. They will crosssell a range offinancial products to meet customer needs and contribute tobusiness growth. The role involves meeting with customersconducting proper profiling recommending suitable products andensuring seamless salesprocesses.

Role &Responsibilities:

  1. BusinessTargets:

    • Achieve businesstargets for all financial products as defined and agreedupon.
    • Sell financial products tocustomers through meetings and counselingsessions.
    • Counsel walkin and DSA(Direct Selling Agent) customers referred by thecompany.
    • Conduct proper customerprofiling to understand needs and recommend suitable investment andinsurance options.
    • Communicateproduct details effectively to customers and ensure sales arecompleted as per definedprocesses.
    • Coordinate with relevantpersonnel for claimsprocessing.
    • Monitor the data of HL(Home Loan) executives to maximize business opportunities.

  2. RelationshipBuilding:

    • Managerelationships with HL executives mapped tothem.
    • Maintain good relations withHDFC Limited.
    • Cultivaterelationships with channel partners andDSAs.
    • Build strong relationshipswith assigned/sourced customers to identify opportunities forvarious products to meet their financialneeds.


Requirements
  • Knowledgeof insurance and financial services products includingunderstanding competitionofferings.
  • Ability to effectivelysell products and provide required services tocustomers.
  • Graduation/MBAqualification with excellent communicationskills.
