At STRI we are hiringTech Trainers for a client.

The trainershould have handson experience working onJava Python Web design in HTML CSS &JAVASCRIPT (React Js) C/C Dot Net (.Net)and will be responsible for planning theprogram creating curriculum and ensuring implementation and jobreadiness of the college students in the age group of 1827 years.

PrimaryRoles &Responsibilities:

• Createand implement the curriculum forJava Python Web design in HTML CSS &JAVASCRIPT (React Js) C/C Dot Net (.Net)for the jobreadiness of Collegestudents.
  
• Refinethe curriculum based onfeedback.
  
• Effectiveuse of instructional strategies and formative and summativeassessments to improve learning outcomes ofstudents.
  
• Toprepare dailyweekly and monthly plans and activities to ensuretimely completion of desired learning objectives outlined in theproject.
  
• Trainingthe students and empowering them to apply and feel confident inusing their learnedskills.
  
• Reachout and partner with other organizations corporates and groups toidentify/create job opportunities forstudents.
  
• Provideperiodic reports to the management on the progress andoutcomes.
  
• Toparticipate in the capacitybuilding programs as per the projectdesign.
  
• Takingcare of day to day processes like MIS LMS andothers.
  

PreferredEducation Qualification /Experience:

• Graduationin any stream and certification and 23 years of working experiencein Java Python Web design in HTMLCSS & JAVASCRIPT (React) Js) C/C Dot Net(.Net).
  
• AtLeast 23 years of experience in training the youth in their careerand techdevelopment.
  

KnowledgeSkills andAbilities:

• Strongtechnical aptitude in their field of expertise.
  
• Expertin at least 3 of the skills out ofJava Python Web design in HTML CSS &JAVASCRIPT (React) Js) C/C Dot Net(.Net).
  
• Goodcommunication skills in English (written and oral) and expert inTamil and able to explain complex subjects in a clear andinteresting way.
  
• Curriculumcreation delivery and classroom management skills for handlingstudents specially fromcollege
  
• Mustbe able to work independently and as part of a team and with alllevels of staff volunteers communities other organizations andcorporates.
  
• Abilityto learn about commit to and educate others on program mission andgoals.
