·Responsibleto handle the Plant maintenance activities in all shifts with the objectives ofachieving the highest service level to Production Department and minimizingBreakdown time of equipment’s.

·Understandingof basic Hydraulics & Pneumatics systems/circuits

·Candidateshall have knowledge of electrical circuit diagram, control logic,troubleshooting. Hands on Experience of PLC & Variable FrequencyDrives

·Experiencein Maintenance of EOT cranes, vacuum pumps, oil filtration plant, Chillers, AHU& Air Compressors, Air cushion transporter, VPD plants, winding machines,hydraulic scissor & boom lifter, stackers, diesel & battery-operatedforklift, Diesel Generator set.

·Knowledgeof HT/LT power distribution Panel, PCC, MCC, Circuit Breakers, Relay, transformer,motor maintenance

· Co-ordinate, organize & execute the preventivemaintenance plan of critical machines.

·FrameAMCs as per business requirements and co-ordination with vendor to ensuresmooth execution AMC activities.

·Coordinatingfor various audits related to QMS & EHS

· Supervise & monitor the maintenance work in case ofplant & machinery. Maintain breakdown statistics in order to reduce down time.

· Breakdownanalysis (Root Cause analysis, Repetitive Breakdown analysis) of criticalequipments / critical breakdowns, maintaining breakdown registers, equipmenthistory cards, record keeping. To organize & co-ordinate activities withexternal service provider /agency / OEM / AMC contractor in the plant

·Co-ordinationof all safety & legal related activities for the factory

· Forecasting of spares required for the machine maintenance& repairs. Providing inputs for maintenance budget planning for nextfinancial year. Generating Purchase Requisition with technicalrequirements/scope

· Compliance of observations from various audits/Managementrounds

· Comply to safety essential guidelines and activelyparticipate in recognizing and mitigation of EHS risks & opportunities at workplace.

· Adhere to safe work practices and Siemens EHS requirements.Consultation and participation in HIRA, Aspect Impact, UAUC, SOP, TBT. Strivetowards achieving culture of zero harm

· Provide visible, strong, and active EHS leadership withinthe location, acting as a champion for Zero Harm and Wellbeing for safe workingenvironment.

·Ensuring5’S+ at shop floor

· Generation of monthly reports

·Upto1.0 year of relevant experience.

·Workingknowledge in Microsoft office applications
