Mechanical Operations Engineer

Mission of the Role: Support Mechanical leadership to drive Mechanical organization for higher efficiency and productivity
Key Objectives of this Role:
Provide dashboard with KPI to monitor organization performances
Lead Quality improvements initiatives to bring more methodology
Lead Continuous Improvements activities
Support Mechanical engineers to use tools like JIRA
Collaborate with HW Operations team for Global Engineering initiatives
Support Mechanical leadership to prepare Executive reports & presentation
Key Performance Indicators:
Existing Performance dashboards updated on monthly basis
Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives managed smoothly
Critical thinking with some proposals to Mechanical leadership for better team efficiency & productivity
Key Year One Deliverables:
All existing KPI, dashboards updated in Power-BI
Propose and implement 3 new initiatives for Continuous Improvement or Quality
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Master’s / bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Mechanical is preferred.
10 years+ of relevant experience in Quality management and data analysis with global exposure.
Scrum Master certification is preferred
Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
Excellent communication with ability to present information synthetically.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power-Bi
Good knowledge in JIRA
Good knowledge in Project Management
Good leadership
Ability to train people
