Tasks

  • Developand maintain dashboards to provide realtime insights into keyperformance indicators (KPIs) andmetrics
  • Preparing business presentations aboutproducts research reports for management and help in strategicplanning
  • Support business development and helpto create efficient designs and solutionprocesses
  • Analyze data trends and patterns toidentify opportunities for process improvements anddecisionmaking.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration Computer Science InformationSystems or related field.
  • Proven experience (23years) working as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focuson digital platforms and datamanagement.
  • Proven experience in Power BI ExcelSQL and understanding in dashboard creation tools (e.g. TableauPower BI) and data visualizationtechniques
  • Relevant certifications in Power BIbusiness analytics or data science would be an addedadvantage
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and ability to present facts/detailsin a concise manner to technical & nontechnicalstakeholders.
