*Responsibilities:*1.Source and procure goods materials and services required by theorganization ensuring timely delivery andcosteffectiveness.2. Identify potentialsuppliers conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate terms andcontracts to achieve favorable pricing quality and deliveryterms.3. Maintain accurate records ofpurchases pricing and inventory levels and ensure compliance withprocurement policies and procedures.4.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand theirpurchasing needs and requirements and develop procurementstrategies to meet those needs.5. Monitormarket trends supplier performance and industry developments toidentify opportunities for cost savings process improvements andsupplier diversification.6. Coordinate withlogistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and receiptof purchased items and resolve any issues or discrepancies that mayarise.7. Manage vendor relationships addressany concerns or disputes and work towards building longtermpartnerships based on mutual trust andrespect.8. Stay abreast of regulatoryrequirements and industry best practices in procurement and ensurecompliance with relevant laws regulations and ethicalstandards.
*Qualifications:*1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Managementor related field.2. 3 to 5 years ofexperience in procurement or purchasing roles preferably in amanufacturing or distribution environment.3.Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with theability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at alllevels.4. Solid understanding of procurementprocesses sourcing strategies and contract managementprinciples.5. Proficiency in procurementsoftware and Microsoft Office applications with the ability toanalyze data and generate reports.6.Detailoriented with strong organizational and time managementskills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.7. Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within ateam.8. Professional certification inprocurement or supply chain management (e.g. CSCP CPIM CPM) is aplus.
