JobSummary:

As an HVAC Technician youare responsible for installing maintaining and repairing HVACsystems chillers air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.Your role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance efficiencyand safety of HVAC equipment. You are expected to have a strongunderstanding of HVAC principles excellent problemsolving skillsand the ability to work independently or as part of ateam.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. HVACSystem Maintenance andRepair:
   

   • Performroutine inspections maintenance and repairs on HVAC systemschillers AC units and refrigerationequipment.
     
   • Diagnose and troubleshootissues with HVAC equipment identifying and implementing effectivesolutions.
     
   • Replace or repairdefective parts and make necessary adjustments to ensure systemfunctionality.
     

2. InstallationandConfiguration:
   

   • Installnew HVAC systems chillers and AC units ensuring proper installationand configuration according to manufacturer specifications andindustry standards.
     
   • Collaborate withengineers contractors and clients to ensure that installations meetoperational and safetyrequirements.
     

3. SafetyandCompliance:
   

   • Adhereto safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents andinjuries during HVACoperations.
     
   • Ensure compliance withlocal state and federal regulations and environmental standardsrelated to HVAC systems andrefrigerants.
     

4. RecordKeeping andDocumentation:
   

   • Maintainaccurate records of maintenance work installations inspections andrepairs.
     
   • Document system performanceissues and the measures taken to resolvethem.
     

5. CustomerService andCommunication:
   

   • Provideexcellent customer service addressing client concerns and providingguidance on HVAC system maintenance andoperation.
     
   • Communicate effectivelywith team members management and clients regarding HVAC systemstatus and maintenanceneeds.
     

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional certification or trainingin HVAC technology ispreferred.
  
• Provenexperience as an HVAC Technician with handson experience in HVACsystems chillers AC units and refrigerationequipment.
  
• Validcertification from recognized HVAC institutions and a valid driverslicense.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
