  • Executeand oversee daytoday financial transactions ensuring accuracy andcompliance with establishedprotocols.

  • Monitorand reconcile financial data to identify discrepancies and resolveissuespromptly.

  • Provideexcellent customer support by addressing queries resolving issuesand ensuring a positive customerexperience.

  • Collaboratewith customer service teams to streamline processes and improvecustomersatisfaction.

  • Stayupdated on industry regulations and ensure compliance withfinancial laws andstandards.

  • Implementand monitor risk management protocols to minimize operational andfinancialrisks.

  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancementwithin the operationsworkflow.

  • Collaboratewith the technology team to implement automation solutions forrepetitivetasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Finance Operations Management or a relatedfield.

  • Priorexperience in fintech operations or financial services isadvantageous.

  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage datafordecisionmaking.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.

  • Detailorientedwith a focus on accuracy andefficiency.

  • Familiaritywith relevant regulatory frameworks and financialcompliance.
