Weare looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) to manageall search engine optimization and marketingactivities.


Youwill be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as contentstrategy link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings onall major search networks. You will also manage all demandgeneration activities including paid campaigns on social mediaGoogle Yahoo and Bing to maximizeROI.


Responsibilities

  • Executetests collect and analyse data and results identify trends andinsights in orderto achievemaximum ROI in paid searchcampaigns

  • Trackreport and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives andcampaigns

  • Optimizecopy and landing pages for search enginemarketing.

  • Performongoing keyword discovery expansion andoptimization

  • Researchand implement search engine optimizationrecommendations

  • Researchand analyse competitor tracking and optimizationstrategy.

  • Developand implement link buildingstrategy.

  • Workwith the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properlyimplemented on newly developedcode

  • Workwith editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creationand contentprogramming

  • Recommendchanges to website architecture content linking and other factorsto improve SEO positions for targetkeywords.

  • Strategizeand implement paid marketing activities on social media platformslike LinkedIn to promote products andservices.

  • Implementwebsite tracking (Google Tag Manager Google Analytics SearchConsole etc) for allclients.



Requirements
  • Candidateswith handson experience with managing SEOactivities preferably from an agency orB2B SaaSbackground andexposure to GoogleAds GA4Tag Manager andRemarketing will be givenpriority.
  • ProvenSEM experience managing PPC campaigns acrosssocial mediaGoogle Yahoo andBing.
  • Solidunderstanding of performance marketing conversion and onlinecustomer acquisition
  • Indepthexperience with website analytics tools(e.g GoogleAnalytics or Adobeanalytics)
  • Experiencewith bid management tools
  • Experiencewith A/B and multivariateexperiments
  • Workingknowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development andconstraints
  • Knowledgeof ranking factors and search enginealgorithms
  • Uptodatewith the latest trends and best practices in SEO andSEM
  • Handsonexperience with demand generation activities for B2B companies willbe given preference.

* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent agencyexperience preferred. * 4-5 years of professional graphic designexperience. * Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designprojects. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,Photoshop, Figma/XD). * Strong communication, conceptual thinking,typography skills, and design skills * Attention to detail andability to work independently. * Knowledge of current design trendsand best practices.
