Job Overview


We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team at The Rolling Plate. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media channels
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytical tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and technologies
  • Good understanding of SEO and metadata optimization


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others
  • Create and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand and target audience
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights
