Wecurrently have an opening for a fulltime Junior Tax accountant.


JobSummary:

Weseek a TaxAccountant with completedCA Articles tojoin our tax team. The successful candidate will assist inpreparing and submitting tax returns ensuring compliance with taxregulations and offering expert advice on taxrelated matters.

Qualifications:

  1. CA Inter passed with Articleshipemphasizing Accounting and Taxation.

  2. Experience working with anaccounting software package. (Tally QuickBooks Xeroetc:)

  3. Strong General Ledger workexperience and knowledge.

  4. Good aptitude for Individual andBusiness Tax Preparation Tax Planning and TaxResearch.


Job Responsibilities:

1. New Client Installation byfollowing a task list.

2. Work withthe Team Coordinator on project management and delivery.

3. PrepareMonthly/ Quarterly Profit and Loss accounts and Balance sheets.

4. Bank andCredit Card Account Reconciliation.

5. Manageand reconcile Balance Sheet Items.

6. PrepareQuarterly Individual and Business Tax Planning (We will train youon this)

7.Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate with the TaxManager for the annual Business Tax return preparation.

8. PrepareU.S Business and Personal Tax Returns (We will train you on this)

9. Monthly/Quarterly Sales Tax Preparation andSubmission

10.Prepare Yearly Business Property Tax Returns preparation.

11. PayrollProcessing Quarterly and Annual Payroll Tax Return Preparation andSubmission. 12. Manage client billing and payment processing.


Working Hours:
Monday through Friday 1:30 PMto 10:30 PM (IST) (One hour break from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PMIST).
