Job Description:

Travel (Outstation & Local) on short notice to customer siteCarry basic tools & spares required at site.Respond to customers on priority.Do basic analysis of problem and take corrective actions at site.Prepare MOM/ Service reports.Keep record of Service Visits for ISO documentation.Maintain spares required for maintenance.
Report major site related issues to Service Manager / Immediate Senior.
