Role Summary : Responsible for handling Production support tickets for SCM Module like Order Management (OM) / Purchase Order (PO) / Inventory / Bill Of Material (BOM) / Work In Process (WIP) / Material Requirement Planning (MRP) / Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) / Costing.

 
Responsibilities:
• Application Maintenance and Support across globe to meet incident resolution as per agreed SLAs 
• Adept in handling multiple service partners simultaneously for resolution of issues
• Good incident management and problem management skills
• Handful experience in production support in supply chain, distribution and manufacturing business processes in Oracle ERP
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects and rollouts is an added advantage
• Strong on global enterprise enablement / customizations
• Work closely with the technical, cross-functional and global support teams
 
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree from reputed university (BE/BTECH/MCA) 
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Oracle EBS with exposure to supply chain, distribution and manufacturing business processes
• Strong business acumen and communication skills. Ability to work from within IT, while also working across IT and with the business
• Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and good communication skills
• Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Team Player, responsive & organized
• Willing to travel when required, up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to any of the world-wide Flowserve sites
