Overall Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the UI/UX design team at Synechron to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements. Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs. Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.

Skills:

UX design tools, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other UX prototyping software At least 3 years of experience in UX and UI required; strong understanding of user centered design principles and processes. Familiarity working in lean/agile product development environment. Fluency in current industry UX design tools, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other UX prototyping software Ability to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences and to clearly communicate how individual journeys align/don’t align to user and business goals. Strategic thinker with the ability to work through complex business and operational problems. Excellent influencing/communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfort and experience in working with both business and technology groups. Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build strong Blue Box linkages at all organizational levels. Global role with flexibility in work hours required

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for web and mobile applications. Experience leading and managing design teams. Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Lead the design team and manage project design deliverables. Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations. Conduct user research and analyze customer data to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs. Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance. Manage the design review process and provide constructive feedback to designers. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and share that knowledge with the team.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
