Job Purpose

Working with Senior HR Manager to provide support and advice to middle management and employees on HR related matters including HR policies and processes across Southeast Asia.

 

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in performance management process
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in HRIS
  • Preparing HR reports to stakeholders and different types of letters related HR processes
  • Administrating the work passes for foreign talents
  • Work with business function managers on training programs and coordinate with external training institutions and submission of training grants, if any

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in relevant studies or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in HR function with MNC
  • Knowledge in using HRIS - Sage, SuccessFactors
  • Experienced in payroll administration
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or HR Related FieldEEO Statement
