With a team of 250 talented individuals and operating in a startup-like mode, we specialize in streamlining expense reporting and invoice processing for our clients.We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing B2B software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI-based products and a deep understanding of the B2B2C market dynamics. While domain knowledge is not mandatory, it would be advantageous for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product implementation & customer success teams to drive product success. Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience. Develop a deep understanding of the B2B2C market landscape and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for user needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Navigate through ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights to drive growth and user engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling UI-based products in a B2B environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
