We are looking for a PHP Developer Team Lead with excellent managerial skills, capable of effectively leading a team and someone who is no stranger to responsibility. Our perfect candidate will have an understanding that the lion’s share of their work involves streamlining the working processes, while the rest requires technical skills. An ideal PHP Developer Team Lead is someone who controls the processes, communicates with the staff, allocates tasks and responsibilities, and motivates team members to grow professionally.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
  • Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients
  • Analyse, diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications
  • Define project planning and execution and on time delivery
  • Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development
  • Follow all department standards and methodologies
  • Interaction with a cross functional team
  • Familiarity with Agile project Methodologies


Requirements:

  • Have at least 7 years of experience in PHP programming on application level projects
  • Understanding and good usage of the object-oriented programming principles
  • Ability to communicate knowledge to team members and monitor their performance
  • Experience with open-source relational database management systems (MySQL would be a plus)
  • Experience in developing REST API; understanding of synchronous and asynchronous data transfer
  • Have sound knowledge in MVC Frameworks, Database Structure, CMS and eCommerce Development
  • Able to write clean code that follow industry standards and scalable
  • Have delivered some projects individually that includes Project Planning, Execution & On-time Delivery
  • Experience in Agile development process & Complete SDLC
