Whatyou will be doing at Evalueserve:

·Manage and mentor a team of analysts to deliverhigh-quality research and analysis services to clients

·Conduct primary and secondary research cross industryto gather data and insights for client projects

·Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects

·Oversee workflow coordination and ensure timely deliveryof projects.

·Guide Analysts and Senior Analysts on the projectmethodology and to ensure alignment with end objective and client expectations.

·Manage project execution (e.g., time, staff, quality,etc.), flag potential issues arising during project execution and provideguidance to the researchers

·Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, andother deliverables for clients

·Provide thought leadership and insights to clients inareas of expertise

·Stay up to date with industry trends and best practicesto ensure quality delivery

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to driveinnovation and continuous improvement

·Knowledge of financial concepts and financialstatements

Whatwe’re looking for:

· Graduate/postgraduate in a relevant field such as business,economics, or market research

·5-7 years of experience in research or consulting,with a focus on delivering insights and analysis to clients

·Experience managing and leading teams of analysts andsenior analysts

·Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand meet tight deadlines

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and otherrelevant software applications

·Knowledge of research methodologies, databases(Capital IQ, Pitchbook etc.) and data analysis techniques

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,and PowerPoint

·Ability to translate the desired project goals intosequential steps that need to be executed through the research or analyticalprocess

· Ability to collaborate with others or workindependently, seeking guidance when needed, initiating action, adapting tochange, and accepting challenging assignments
