As anOnBase Developer you will be responsible for designing developingimplementing and maintaining solutions using the OnBase platform.You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirementsanalyze business processes and create efficient document managementsolutions tailored to organizational needs. This role requires adeep understanding of OnBase functionality configurationcustomization and integration with othersystems.
KeyResponsibilities:

  • Workclosely with business stakeholders to gather and analyzerequirements for document managementsolutions.
  • Designdevelop configure and implement OnBase solutions to meet businessneeds.
  • CustomizeOnBase workflows forms and user interfaces to optimize businessprocesses.
  • IntegrateOnBase with other enterprise systems such as ERP CRM and HRIS usingAPIs andconnectors.
  • Developand maintain OnBase configurations including document typesmetadata fields security settings and retentionpolicies.
  • Developdocumentation user guides and training materials for OnBasesolutions.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Provenexperience as an OnBase Developer or similar role with a minimum of58 years ofexperience.
  • Indepthknowledge of the OnBase platform including configurationcustomization andadministration.
  • Proficiencyin designing and developing OnBase workflows forms and customscripts using .NET or similar programminglanguages.
  • Experienceintegrating OnBase with thirdparty systems using APIs web servicesandmiddleware.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understandcomplex business processes and translate them into technicalsolutions.
  • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to interacteffectively with stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Detailorientedwith a commitment to delivering highquality solutions withinestablishedtimelines.
  • Experiencewith SQL databases and SQLscripting.
  • OnBasecertifications (e.g. OnBase Certified System Administrator OnBaseCertified Workflow Administrator) preferred but notrequired.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orrelated field. Proven experience as an OnBase Developer or similarrole, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience. In-depth knowledgeof the OnBase platform including configuration, customization, andadministration. Experience integrating OnBase withthird-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability tounderstand complex business processes and translate them intotechnical solutions. Excellent communication and collaborationskills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholdersat all levels. Detail-oriented with a commitment to deliveringhigh-quality solutions within established timelines. Experiencewith SQL databases and SQL scripting.
