Education:Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial IntelligenceMachine Learning or a relatedfield.

Experience: 3to 5 years of handson experience in AI model development with astrong focus onNLP/NER and Generative AI(LLM).

Salary Range1012 LPA
ShiftTiming:2PM to 11PM (IndiaTime)
Location:Hybrid(Mohali)

Responsibilities:

1.AIModel Development:Research design and developstateoftheart AI models and algorithms specializing in NLP/NERRecommendation and Ranking systems Langchain FrameworkGenerative AIand Long former (LLM)

2.APIDevelopment:Create efficient and robust APIs tofacilitate the smooth integration of AI models into our productsensuring optimal performance even during hightraffic.

3.ScalableSolutions:Architect and implement AI solutions thatare scalable and adaptable accommodating future growth and evolvinguser requirements.

4.PerformanceOptimization:Continuously analyze AI modelperformance identify areas for optimization and implementenhancements to improve efficiency andaccuracy.

5.QualityAssurance:Conduct thorough testing and validation ofAI models to ensure they meet stringent quality standards anddeliver reliable results improving existingmodels.

7.AIResearch: Stay uptodate with the latest AIadvancements research papers and technologies to drive continuousimprovement andinnovation.

Requirements:

1.ProgrammingKnowledge:Proficient in Python and experience withAI libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging FaceTransformers Reinforcement learning Multilingual models LangchainFramework OpenAI etc.

2.APIDevelopment: Demonstrated experience in buildingefficient and scalable APIs to handle high loads and ensure optimalAI model integration.

3.FastLearner:Proven ability to quickly grasp new AItechnologies and methodologies implementing them effectively inproductdevelopment.

4.ProblemSolvingSkills:Strong analytical and problemsolving skillsto tackle complex challenges in AI model development andoptimization.
