Key Duties

  • Lead andinspire the kitchen team to deliver highquality dishes consistently

  • Develop and designinnovative menus incorporating seasonal and locally sourcedingredients

  • Oversee kitchenoperations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage stock levels ordering and inventory control

  • Train mentor and developkitchen staff fostering a positive and collaborative workenvironment

  • Monitor andmanage food costs to maintain budgetaryrequirements

  • Ensureexceptional presentation and quality of all dishes served

KeyRequirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in ahighvolume qualityfocusedestablishment

  • Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to motivate adiverse team

  • Exceptionalculinary skills with a creative flair for menudevelopment

  • Excellentorganisational and multitasking abilities

  • Indepth knowledge of foodsafety and sanitation standards

  • Strong financial acumenand experience in managing kitchen budgets
