Key Duties
Lead andinspire the kitchen team to deliver highquality dishes consistently
Develop and designinnovative menus incorporating seasonal and locally sourcedingredients
Oversee kitchenoperations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage stock levels ordering and inventory control
Train mentor and developkitchen staff fostering a positive and collaborative workenvironment
Monitor andmanage food costs to maintain budgetaryrequirements
Ensureexceptional presentation and quality of all dishes served
KeyRequirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef in ahighvolume qualityfocusedestablishment
Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to motivate adiverse team
Exceptionalculinary skills with a creative flair for menudevelopment
Excellentorganisational and multitasking abilities
Indepth knowledge of foodsafety and sanitation standards
Strong financial acumenand experience in managing kitchen budgets
