Cloud Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

EC2 Instance Management:

• Build deploy configure and monitor EC2 instances toensure optimal performance scalability and security.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshootand resolve any EC2related issues.
• Implementbest practices for EC2 instance lifecycle management.
• Define and manage hardware profiles withinEC2.

Entra IDIntegration:

• Architect and implementseamless integration between AWS and Entra ID.
• Configure single signon (SSO) and identity federation forcrosscloud authentication.
• Collaborate withEntra ID administrators to synchronize user accounts andgroups.

Linux Support:

• Provide expertlevel support for Linuxbasedsystems.
• Troubleshoot Linuxrelated issuesincluding performance security networking andcompatibility.
• Optimize Linux workloads forefficiency and reliability.

Networking Expertise:

• Design configure and troubleshoot network componentswithin AWS and Azure environments.
• Ensureseamless communication between cloud resources and onpremisesnetworks.
• Implement security measures andnetwork segmentation.

ZscalerKnowledge:

• Familiarity with Zscalera cloudnative security platform.
• UnderstandZscalers role in securing internet traffic and remoteaccess.
• Collaborate with network securityteams to integrate Zscaler into the cloud architecture.

Technical Documentation:

• Create detailed technical documentation includingarchitecture diagrams deployment guides and troubleshootingprocedures.
• Train internal teams on EC2management Azure integration Linux best practices networkingconcepts and Zscaler implementation.

Required Skills:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalentcertification.
• Proficiency in managing EC2instances including provisioning monitoring andtroubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure AD SSOand identity federation.
• Strong Linuxbackground with handson experience in administration andtroubleshooting.
• Networking knowledgeincluding TCP/IP DNS VPNs and firewalls.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agilemethodologies.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
