Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager ServiceNow GRC to join our team. As the Assistant Manager ServiceNow GRC, you will be responsible for overseeing our ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and develop and implement processes to mitigate risks.

This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow GRC and experience in managing compliance programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and has a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow GRCStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NISTExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsExperience in developing and implementing ServiceNow GRC policies and proceduresStrong understanding of industry best practices for information security and risk managementEqual employment opportunity information

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement ServiceNow GRC policies and proceduresMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ServiceNow GRC controls and identify ways to improve efficiencyConduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry regulationsDevelop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ServiceNow GRC policies and proceduresStay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordinglyServe as the main point of contact for all ServiceNow GRC related queries
