Job Role:
We are seeking a detailorientedand analytical Financial Analyst to join our Transaction AdvisoryServices team. The role involves analyzing financial andoperational data participating in due diligence engagements andidentifying potential issues affecting transactioncommercials.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Analysingfinancial and operational results of targets through thepreparation of various analyses by reviewing accountingrecords.
  • Participatingin due diligence engagements which are small tomedium.
  • Assistingin identifying potential issues affecting transactioncommercials.
  • Participationin the organization s training initiatives & contributionto thesame.
QualificationsandExperience:
  • Qualification:MBA (Finance) / Semiqualified CharteredAccountant.
  • Relevantexperience in financial analysis due diligence or transactionadvisoryservices.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial statements accounting principles andfinancial analysistechniques.
  • Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialdata and draw meaningfulconclusions.
  • Attentionto detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with team members andclients.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel andPowerPoint.


Must be a Qualified CA. Good understanding of Risks and controlswithin the process, Analytical skills to process large data, goodcommunication skills, problem solving approach. Working knowledgeof MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERPs like SAP,Navision, Oracle. Analytical / probing skills, conceptual thinking.Aptitude to pick up new practices and concepts quickly. Strongcommunication and presentation skills. Participative and teamplayer. Self-driven, proactive and ready to takeinitiatives.
