KalpanaFellowship inspired by the trailblazing astronaut Kalpana Chawla isSkyroots groundbreaking initiative to recognize support and empowertalented and passionate women to launch and build coveted careersin the space sector through exclusive paid fellowships that couldlead to fulltime employment atSkyroot.


Thefellowship is open for Women Indian Nationals. This programduration is one year onsite at Skyroot Aerospace HeadquartersHyderabad.



Requirements

EligibilityCriteria:

  • FinalYear B. Tech/ M. Tech/ PhD degrees and specializations related toAerospace/ Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Chemical andElectrical Engineering.
  • Recent B.Tech/ M. Tech/ PhD graduates (freshers) in the above streams withno professional experience within 2 years from the successful dateof completion ofstudies.

SelectionProcess:


Thecandidates will undergo evaluation across three stages to identifyand assess competencies essential for a Kalpana Fellow to realizethe envisioned goals of thefellowship.
