Senior Angular UI Developer withJava

Candidate must report towork onsite and work from the Leidos Woodlawn facility everyTuesday.

Selected candidatemust reside within two (2) hours of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn MD

Must be willing to workonsite at least 2 days a week.

Key Required Skills:

Strong experience with Angular 8.0 & above Node.JSJava/JEE Agile Development TypeScript Spring REST Web ServicesSpring Boot Test Driven Development (TDD)

Position Description:

Architect design code and implement nextgeneration webapplication using software engineering best practices in the latesttechnologies.

Develop new and update existingAngular webpages and Angular services using Angular 8.0 and aboveNode Package Manager (NPM) Node.JS HTML/JavaScript Cascading StyleSheets (CSS) and jQuery.

Develop webbasedapplications using IBM Rational Application Developer Visual StudioCode Angular Command Line Interface (CLI).

Perform source code repository management and deployment usingDevOps (Jenkins Nexus Docker SonarQube UrbanCode).

Develop unit tests and perform unit testing and TDD usingKarma and Jasmine automation tools such as Maven and Jenkins andother tools such as Junit and SonarQube.

Investigate and repair application defects related to businesslogic middleware or database (DB2).

Perform loganalysis and resolution using Splunk Dynatrace.

Support and work on an Agile development team.

Provide software expertise in one or more of these areas: Javaapplication integration Java enterprise services serviceorientedarchitectures (SOA) security and business processmanagement/business rules processing.

Briefmanagement customer team or vendors using written or oral skills atappropriate technical level for audience

Allother duties as assigned or directed

Skills Requirements: FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS(Basic Qualifications)

BachelorsDegree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a relatedfield

Masters or Doctorate degree maysubstitute for required experience

10 years ofexperience with programming and designing software with Angular 8.0& above Typescript Java Spring Spring boot and REST.

5 years of experience on an Agile development team

4 years of combined experience with buildingresponsive UIs with modern frontend technologies

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.Contract requirement.

Extensive understanding andexperience in programming and designing software with Angular andJava.

Understand and apply qualitytechniques and practices (automated unit testing Test DrivenDesign/Development Java performance analysis continuousintegration).

Familiarity with modern frontendbuild pipelines and tools.
