About the Client
A leading social news aggregator and online advertising platform.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven customer support experience, preferably in the advertising/digital marketing domain.Track record of over-achieving chat/calls/assigned handling quota.Strong command over written language.Strong email/written communication skills & verbal communication.Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices.What’s in it for you?
