Réceptionner et organiser les marchandises par service, les marquer pour un emplacement correct dans l'entrepôt et livrer les marchandises au service concerner. Empiler les marchandises reçues sur des palettes ou des chariots. Remplir des formulaires de commande à des fins d'inventaire et d'approvisionnement. Prévenir en temps utile un responsable/superviseur en cas d'épuisement des stocks. Réceptionner les livraisons, stocker correctement les denrées périssables et organiser la rotation des stocks. Contrôler les livraisons et les heures pour vérifier la fraîcheur, la propreté, la conformité et la qualité des lots. Refuser les articles endommagés, non conformes ou incorrects. Respecter les règles sanitaires et les procédures de manipulation en vigueur dans toutes les zones liées aux denrées alimentaires. Organiser, nettoyer et désinfecter les réfrigérateurs et congélateurs, les sols, les équipements et les canalisations. Retirer les palettes vides, les cartons et les déchets, et les placer dans les zones de stockage appropriées. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Utiliser un langage clair, courtois et professionnel envers les clients et les autres employés. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs. Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension, se pencher, se tourner, tirer et se plier ; saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des charges ; monter et descendre des escaliers et/ou des accès de service ; déplacer, soulever ou porter des charges pesant 23 kilos maximum ; être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
