TheAssociate Project Manager is responsible for supporting andfacilitating the planning coordination and execution of ITprojects.

Thisposition requires a strong understanding of project managementprinciples excellent communication skills and the ability tocollaborate with crossfunctional teams.



Requirements

Develop project plans outlining scope goals deliverables timelinesand resource requirements.

Collaboratewith project managers to allocate resources and establish projectschedules.

Facilitate communication between development teams and designers.

Scheduleand conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress issues andupcoming tasks.

Providetimely updates to the project manager on project status andkey milestones.

Allocateresources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.

Coordinatewith team leads to ensure that team membersare appropriatelyassignedto tasks.

Monitorproject risks and implement corrective actions as needed.

Implementand enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery ofhighquality websites and software.

Maintaincomprehensive project documentation including project plans meetingminutes and status reports.

Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
