Provide vital advice to the management on legal pronouncement / developmentsHandle all litigation and non – litigation matters, arbitration petitions/application filed by or against the CompanyoInteract & coordinate with Lawyers / Solicitors in the process of legal proceedings in various Courts. Ensure all documents pertaining to the respective cases are kept in safe custody and available on request by the legal counsel’sDraft & vet all kinds of Agreements, Contracts, MoUs, Tender Documentation, Bank Guarantees, Shareholders Agreements, Drafting of plaints, notices, affidavits, Power Of Attorney etc in consultation with legal head. Draft all matter of the case that is to be presented in the court in coordination with lawyers, handle various legal issues & draftingCoordinating with in-house advocate & legal staffs.Represent the company in various hearings in the court of law as and when required. Providing Legal guidance in Insurance, Laisoning work etcLook after all legal matters in various court at Mumbai except high court & To represent us and file your Vakalatnamas in all our matters and all our sisters and associated concerns, including individual, directors, partners and family members and draft all pleadings, including interim applications, appeals, petitions, notices, replies and will also appear on our behalf in all Courts viz. High Court, City Civil Court, Session Court, Small Causes Court, Labor Court, DRT, Consumer Forum, Charity Commissioner, Labor Commissioner and if necessary even before the Magistrate Courts. To brief our Counsel about the matter whenever they are appointed, and will also follow up daily with them in respect of the matters pending. Attend meetings on our behalf with our Solicitors and/or Senior Counsel’s office along with Directors or any other officers of the Company.Check regularly/watch daily boards of all the courts and file papers with departments and comply with all office objections, etc.Advise us in all matters, i.e. all branches of Civil, Criminal & Industrial Law and will accompany the Directors/Partners of the Company as and when they may have to attend Courts. Appearing in all court’s in Mumbai except high court for our pending matters.

RERA Compliances:

Monitoring and Ensuring regular & Timely compliances pertaining to RERA for all register entities.Ensure timely registration of new projects to be registered under the RERA Act.Supports Juniors in compilation of necessary information of RERA compliances as and when needed.Regularly updating Management & respective stakeholders regarding any changes recommended in this statutory requirement.Reporting to Management regularly related to compliance status of each Project.

Record Management & Documentation:

Coordination regarding RERA documentation.Well versed with drafting legal documents.RERA Compliance.Safeguard all original documents related to property, land, contracts, agreements, etc.

Leadership & Team Development

Efficient manpower planning for the department Coordinating with in-house advocate & legal staffs.Regular manpower review based on performanceLead, coach, mentor, train and develop team members to take additional responsibilitiesLLB Masters in LLM /IR /Any other equivalent degree Computer proficiencyKnowledge about real estate rules, regulations in the region and countryLegal knowledge Computer proficiencyKnowledge about real estate rules, regulations in the region and countryLegal knowledge
