Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Translate HCP journeysdesigned by Marketing into Salesforce Marketing Cloudlanguage
  • Accountability of endtoend HCP journeydesign and implementation process for F2F and digital touchpointsbased on uptodate technology
  • Refine enhance andimprove HCP Engagement journeys by advanced/additional MarketingCloud features including Einstein
  • Recommendoptimal solutions to address businessgoals
  • Design integrations and custom featuresin Marketing Automation platform if required to achieve Marketinggoals together with technicalspecialists
  • Translate any technical guidelinesto Marketing ensure tagging is implemented and executed for alljourneys/touchpoints
  • Providing regular updatesto Marketing teams of any new feature releasing in MarketingCloud
  • Providing recommendations how to buildPreference center based on the available infrastructure andrequirements
  • Ability to control accuracy ofdata collection from SFDC for HCP journey in the MarketingCloud
  • Communication briefing task setting forMarketing automation technical supportteam
  • Provide inputs for Insight and Enterpriseanalytics teams for customer engagement dashboardrefinement
  • Train and onboard new team membersto the functionality and concept of marketingautomation
  • Serve as subjectmatterexpert foraffiliate and regional partners

Requirements :

  • Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist: endtoendjourney design and configuration
  • Experiencewith pharmaceutical industry would be aplus
  • Minimum 5 years of proven workingexperience with Marketing Cloud Studios Builders: Email StudioContent Builder Journey Builder and Automation Studio Cloud Pagesand Mobile Studio
  • Any proven experience withInteraction studio or any other realtime segmentationpersonalization platforms (e.g. Okra) would be aplus
  • Experience working handson in MarketingCloud implementations journey configuration ideally involvingintegrations with Salesforce core and otherplatforms
  • Understanding of Customer engagementprincipals digital marketing customer relationship management salesforce effectiveness (one of theseareas)
  • Demonstrate ability to translatefunctional requirements to detailed technical design and be able toplay back solution overview to nontechnically literatestakeholders
  • Understanding of infrastructure ofSFDC or other CRM systemsmanagement
  • Understanding of content managementcontent delivery requirements and tagging to ensure bestinclasscustomer journey
  • Experience with design buildand maintenance of APIbased data processing and translationsolutions in Mulesoft would be a plus
  • Advanceduser of Jira or any other task managementsystem
  • Experience with Google Analytics (360)would be a plus
  • Demonstrated project managementskills
  • Good communication skillscrossfunctional team player and attention todetail
  • Indepth knowledge of metrics digitalanalytics ability to generate analyze and interpret data to produceinsights would be a plus
  • Deadline driven strongsense of urgency and commitment
  • Committed toselfdevelopment and can demonstrate a willingness to operateoutside of the comfort zone with an entrepreneurialspirit
  • Fluent in English
