Role Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and release delivery of a component group (2-3 scrum teams) within Manhattan SCP Develop and standardize best practices and processes across teams Cultivate and demonstrate strong functional knowledge in Manhattan's SCP (PFIO) and its integration with other Manhattan products Coach and mentor team members by sharing domain knowledge to ensure high-quality output Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliberate, define, and prioritize requirements Design complex customer use cases Drive the detailed functional design and development of the application daily, ensuring alignment with specifications and resolving any issues Participate in documentation, training, and release note preparation

 Position Requirements:

Deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Products such as PFIO, WM, OMNI, and TLM Demonstrates strong learnability and analytical skills Excellent business communication abilities Solid understanding of the Manhattan Active Technology Stack Effective people management skills Familiarity with Postman, APIs, queues, and troubleshooting logs is a plus
