What you’ll be doing

·Drive design and building of innovative andperformant features into our next-generation software applications. Applydeep knowledge of computer science & programming principles, combined withempirical professional experience into innovative solutions.

·Develop, integrate & document librariesand frameworks that allow us to effectively scale development on ourapplications across multiple projects as common services or components,leveraged by multiple products, within scope, cost, time & qualityconstraints.

·Build and track quality into agile productlifecycle encompassing requirements, design, code, testing, delivery, support.

·Enable and write clear maintainable full-stacksolutions that scale, adhere/improve/augment existing standards, working in aprofessional software engineering environment (source control, shortenedrelease cycles, continuous integration, and deployment, etc.).

·Understand and socialize company goals,metrics and align with the team’s technical goals.

·Advise product owners and UX on what’sfeasible technically, a partner in user requirements translation to technicalspecifications. Participate in product planning sessions as a technical SME.

·Support our products, identify, and fix rootcauses of production incidents, own troubleshooting, and resolution ofproduction issues across teams.

·Own discovery, solutioning, monitoring,incident resolution – imbibe and socialize DevOps mindset.

·Own product quality and work to quicklyaddress production defects.

·Embed a DevOps mentality within the team.

·Serve as a technical lead for your team asneeded or special purpose projects per business priority. Identify & owncoaching opportunities.

·Stay current with learning current trends intechnology and mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.

·Partner with architects, engineers,development managers, product managers, agile coaches across the engineeringpractice in an agile environment, with scrum implemented at scale globally.

Whatyou need

Bachelor’s incomputer science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience 5-10 years ofexperience with developing enterprise web applications using JavaScriptframeworks 5+ years’ AngularFramework, SOA, micro-services and micro-frontend 5+ years’ unittesting, mocking frameworks, automation frameworks 5+ years’experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum) DevOps mindset –3+ years’ experience in a mature CI/CD SDLC environment, implemented exceptionhandling, logging, monitoring, performance measurement, operational metrics knowledge. Goodunderstanding of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming,databases, SQL, web programming, design patterns, SOLID principles Understanding thenature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds Experienceimplementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. Experience indeveloping highly optimized, responsive, cross-browser with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery. Experience withdesign frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI Building reusablecomponents and front-end libraries for future use Translatingdesigns and wireframes into high-quality code Must be familiarwith browser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, firebird, etc. Knowledge of andfamiliarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude Effective communication, partnership, teamworkskills required.

Technologies:

and routing JavaScript/Typescript Unit Testingframeworks - Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Mocha Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift Version ControlSystems like Git/SVN Package managerslike npm/yarn/CLI. Module bundlerslike webpack, gulp, etc. Experience with AWSand other cloud technology stacks like Azure, Google cloud, etc.

Open-Sourcecontribution, repositories, personal projects Participation incommunities of interest, meetups Certifications intechnology, agile methodologies Experience with other MV* based frameworkslike Angular, React Prior experience in agile implemented at scaleacross multiple teams globally.
