Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operations staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance goals and monitor progress. Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes. Maintain quality standards of services within the service level agreements. Implement quality control procedures and oversee quality assurance activities. Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions. Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance. Provide creative design insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of achieving operational efficiency. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Creative Operations and Adobe Creative Cloud Apps are preferred
 

Experience:

5-8 Years Experience in Team Management (Graphic Design or Creative Operations) The candidate should have worked as an Operations/Process Manager

Additional Requirements:

Should be flexible for shifts Should be ready to work from the office
