We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spares Coordinator to join our team at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As a Spares Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of spare parts needed for post-press operations. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a salary range of [salary_range].

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of spare parts
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts
• Track the delivery of spare parts and ensure they reach the required destination in a timely manner
• Manage and update records of spare parts usage
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to identify spares requirements
• Resolve any issues or concerns related to spare parts availability
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and prices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in spare parts technology
