JobDescription: We are seeking a skilled and experienced FinanceManager to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. As aFinance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing allfinancial aspects of our organization including financial reportingbudgeting internal controls and team management. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in the real estate industrypossess expertise in Infor ERP implementation and have extensiveexperience in financial management andanalysis.Responsibilities:
  • Overseeand manage the financial operations of the organization ensuringcompliance with accounting principles and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Lead theInfor ERP implementation process working closely withcrossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth and successfulimplementation.
  • Prepareaccurate and timely financial reports including monthly quarterlyand annual financial statements for the board of directors andseniormanagement.
  • Performfinancial analysis identify trends and provide insights to supportstrategicdecisionmaking.
  • Developand manage the annual budgeting process working collaborativelywith department heads to establish financial targets and monitorbudgetperformance.
  • Implementand maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures tosafeguard company assets and ensurecompliance.
  • Manage theaccounts payable and accounts receivable functions ensuringaccurate and timely processing oftransactions.
  • Conductregular internal audits to assess financial controls and identifyareas forimprovement.
  • Providefinancial guidance and support to other departments includingproject teams to ensure effective cost management andprofitability.
  • Superviseand mentor the finance team providing leadership guidance andperformancefeedback.
  • Collaboratewith external auditors tax advisors and legal counsel to ensurecompliance with audit and taxrequirements.
  • Stayupdated with industry trends regulations and best practices infinance andaccounting.
  • Driveprocess improvements and automation initiatives to enhanceefficiency and accuracy in financialoperations.
Requirements:
  • CharteredAccountant qualification ismandatory.
  • 10 to 15years of progressive experience in finance and accounting rolespreferably in the real estateindustry.
  • Strongexpertise in Infor ERP implementation is highlydesired.
  • Provenexperience in financial management reporting andanalysis.
  • Soundknowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and taxlaws.
  • Experience inmanaging a team and driving results through effectiveleadership.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate withstakeholders at alllevels.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Proficiencyin financial software and advanced Excelskills.
  • Ability towork under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
  • Attentionto detail and a high level of accuracy in financialreporting.
