Role: HRSS Associate (Hire To Retire)

Years Of Experience: 5 – 7 Years

To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times. Experience in Hire to retire process and working experience in Workday & Service Now. To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers. Act as the first point of receipt and triage within SLA of service requests (emails and forms) to HR Shared Services, ensuring that where possible requests are resolved at first review and if not then assigned to the appropriate team to support the customer / activity. Administrative & Service Center tasks include but are not limited to:Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, web chat, case management and emails in adherence with myHR protocol and service standardsAssists employees and managers in all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, job changes, retirement, etc.), and able to provide reference to various company policies and procedures regarding a variety of situations.Serve as a first contact to answer employee questions about company correspondence and clarify any company communications and policiesPrepare ad hoc mail merges as required by the businessThe preparation and submission of employment referencesManaging and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based).Administration of the absence and leave processAdministration of new starter materials Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and ad-hoc in relation to business requirements. Ensuring personal completion of helpdesk tasks within KPI timescales.
