 We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing CRM data, developing marketing strategies, and executing campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing our customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.
- Manage and uphold the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
- Create, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Coordinate and oversee events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Monitor and manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and online advertising.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and CRM.



Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,Zoho ) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
