TheReverse Logistics Specialist shouldperform:


lCreate standardoperating procedures to pickup devices from any location performdiagnostics shipping and handlingetc.


ManagingDaytoDay ReverseLogistics

Asa reverse logistics specialist no two days are ever the same but atypical day will most likely include the followingresponsibilities:


lCoordinate withcustomers to pickup devices from various customer locations aroundthe world and make sure that the pickups are done in a timelymanner.

lMaintain anaddress book of all contacts of customers point of contact who isresponsible for coordinating thepickups.

lAccuratelyhandle all freight and commercial shipment related paperwork andmaking sure the devices are not stuck for any reason on its returnjourney.

lRun diagnosticstest on all devices received and check these passed devices intoHoneycomb and the devices that failed the test should be sent toRMA

lBuildrelationships with various courier companies around the world andensure right courier for the right region is used for pickup thatis lowest cost and fastestdelivery.

lWork withfinance and customer experience team to process credits if thedevice that was picked up was damaged or faulty due to which thecustomer could not use ourservice.

lEngage incommunications with all parties to relay difficult messaging arounddelays or issues concerning device pickups or relatedtransportation problems and the actions taken to resolveit.


Reporting:


lGeneratedaily/weekly pick reports maintain pickup costs and manage pick upinventory.

lAnalyse courierand pickup costs and other data to ensure efficientpickups

lInternal andexternal auditreporting


Work withengineering to develop tracking dashboard and other tools to makethe reverse logistics processefficient.
