Initiate customerdialog Record customer request/complaint and findings (probe formore information relating to the fault diagnosis Guide test drivecontact Diagnosis Technician) Carry out initial inspection and testdrive vehicle condition check Present advise on and sell currentservice offers (accessories service packages special offers)Arrange for any outstanding service measures to be carried out Findout whether repair is covered by warranty or goodwill Preparequotation and clarify mode of payment Agree work to be done withcustomer and document the order Check availability of parts(special installation advanced booking) Agree deadline with thecustomer Include information about accident prevention/safetyregulations/safety regulations in order Obtain customersauthorization by signing the order Advise customer to removevaluables from thecar

Orderprocessing Check workshop capacity Hand over job to the workshopMonitor status of the job In special cases get additionalinformation about the fault from the customer Agree additional workand delays with customer (determine whether repair is covered bywarranty or goodwill or chargeable) Initiate billingprocess.

QualityAssurance Check the extend of work and ensure that it is carriedout Ensure final inspection has been carried out (responsibleperson signs off order) Check to ensure that (customer) vehicle isclean and in order Check customer and vehicle data (ensure that itis complete and accurate) Ensure work is completed within thedeadline 4 Vehicle Handover Inform customer about work carried outand agree how to proceed with work not covered by actual order.Ensure professional vehicle handover Explain the bill to thecustomer if necessary Carry out test drive after repairs ifrequired/requested by customer 5 Followup Service for CustomerCarry out service followup Pass on customer feedback (both positiveand negative) to the specific parties 6 Build and enhance customerrelationship Promotion of companies activities in relation toservice parts and other service campaign Offer basics technicaladvises to customer Make the appropriate recommendation which iscost effective to the customer to gain customerstrust
